Several years of living in Asia have led Pascale to discover a new Life Philosophy.

 

Introduced to Massages in Thailand,  she then completed and improved her experience in Europe and followed many years of teaching in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

 

She then obtained a University Diploma on the Principles of Health and Well-being in Traditional Chinese Thought.

Relaxation massage

 

Stimulating or relaxing, muscular or energetic work, massage is above all an Art :

Art of touch but also Art of living to integrate into our lifestyle to appreciate all its virtues.

Because it is one of the oldest forms of folk therapy. We find it on all continents,

and many ancient texts from Egypt, China, Greece or Rome extol the benefits.

Because it contributes to the body, and psychic balance of the individual, to a global well-being.

The relaxation massage allows us to reconnect with ourselves, to become aware of our corporality,

by inviting us to introspection, to the inner journey.

It brings us to discover a new way to exchange, to communicate with the other but also with oneself

in a search for global well-being.

 

This notion of well-being has become today, much more than a quest: it corresponds to a general aspiration:

The search for inner happiness, simple, based on the harmony of body and mind.

Several years of experience in Asia have led Pascale to discover a new philosophy of life.

Initiated to massages in Thailand, she completed her training in Europe and followed several years of teaching in Chinese Traditional Medicine.

Then she obtained a University Diploma on "Health and Well-being Principles in the Traditional Chinese Thought".

 

For more than 20 years, Pascale has devoted herself to the study and practice of massage, relaxation, breathing and meditation techniques, mostly from Asian cultures: Chinese, Thaï, Indian ...

 

Her experience and her career guided her towards Health Principles which cover all well-being techniques that she completes with targeted advices on Nutrition and itness .

Pascale is committed to transmitting and sharing with everyone a new art of living , in harmony with her body. Wellness coach , she will accompany and support you in your personal search for balance and serenity.
